If the purchase is less than the voucher value the balance is held on account until the next purchase with us.

Your voucher codes come into operation 24 hours after purchaseand are valid for 12 months. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Full refunds can only be made to the original purchaser’s bank card.
